Founded in 2021, SnL Outsourcing PHis the creation of Filipino CEO & Director Chris Capuno who has over 20 years business experience and success particularly in the Business Process Outsourcing & Recruitment industry. Chris previously built and is still running a small but successful BPO company in the Philippines with over 60 employees. Salt & Light Outsourcing PH was created to accommodate a new demand in outsourcing which is a different business model altogether due to pandemic. Chris says: “S&L Outsourcing was originally created to support my staff who went on floating status due to downsizing of an a account, I had to look for clients looking for people in which I discovered most do not prefer a BPO Call Center outsourcing setup but freelancing type only as most of them just need a few people with few hours with specific skill set. This made me work hard in creating another business model to specifically cater to a different type of client need”. This gave birth to S&L Outsourcing which is an agency more than a call center. From then, different clients form Australia which were previous acquaintances of Chris started to connect and request for manpower. The rest is history.
